It's just too ridiculous to be real! Shouldn't attaching image file into email be faster & simpler than uploading it somewhere then copy and paste the URL into email? Anyway, it's funny and it makes me laugh every time i read it

南非法院今次的裁決實在太唔俾面, 按中國政府慣用語就是‘嚴重傷害了中國人民的感情’
南非高等法院下令禁止政府向中國購買1100萬個避孕套，因呎碼太小。
當地傳報道，財政部官員與一間醫療公司簽約，透過他們向中國購買避孕套。一間失去標書的競標公向高院提出訴訟。他們表示，他們供應的避孕套，較中國製造的大2成。
法官最後裁決，政府購買的避孕套太小，用錯誤的物料製造，未獲世界衛生組織批准，所以禁止政府購買。
南非人口約有5000萬人，其中538萬人為愛滋病帶菌者，感染率較其他國家為高。
